Romano-British cremation ceramics, Upchurch Marshes
Romano-British ceramics from cremation deposits recovered during 1986 excavations at Upchurch Marshes. Part of the Percy Paine collection held by the KAS.
Ozengell Anglo-Saxon cemetery
The Ozengell Anglo-Saxon cemetery is an early medieval burial ground near Ramsgate. The KAS purchased the Ozengell collection in 2022.
Bellarmine jug fragment, Smallhythe, 17th century
17th century ceramic sherds discovered in Trench 19 at Elfwick Field, Smallhythe in August 2023.
Decorative Floor Tile, 14th century
A 14th century Encaustic (2-colour) tile from the Randall Manor Dig, Kent, England. It was found in demolition deposits at the Manor, not in situ.
