Volunteering with the Kent Archaeological Society offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the study and preservation of Kent’s rich archaeological and historical heritage. From fieldwork and excavations to library cataloguing, archival research, and public engagement, the Society welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels. Training is often provided, and new ideas or specialist skills are encouraged, helping volunteers play an active role in ongoing research and community projects across the county.
