The next speaker for Smarden Local History Society’s series of talks is author and silversmith Mark Lewis who will speak to us about traditional silver techniques, materials and equipment, including assaying and hallmarking practice.
His presentation will include a display of hand tools and a live demonstration of his craft. This is a talk not to be missed, so we hope you will join us at the usual time of 6:45 pm at the Charter Hall. As always guests are very welcome.
