BRIAN DARTHNOLL of Westram (Westerham) in Kent, carpenter, sicke in bodie etc. I bequeath all goodes and chattels unto Armenell my lovinge wyfe whom I appoint myne onelye executor. To Richard Darthnoll my yonger sonne al that my part of the house and land adioyninge in the parish of Leigh in Kent.
   Dated 5 Maye 1607 in presence of Christopher Dale, Vicar of Westram and Thomas Towley the yonger of Westram. Brian Darthnoll his marke. Christopher Dale Vicar of Westram. Thomas Toller.
   Proved 6 Oct 1608 by Armenelle Darchnoll relict and executrice before Master Samuel Darknoll clerk Rector of Hayes in Kent by virtue of a Commission in that behalf issued. [248b Bancroft]
