To be buried in the churchyeard neere vnto my grandmother Mason. Vnto Robert Fynyns my sonne my messuadge, garden, barne, stable, wt all my lands therto belonging in the parishe of St. Margarets in consideration my sonne keepe his mother while she liveth and my will is that Margret my wief shal haue the third parte of the yearly proffits for terme of her lief. Vnto William Finnis and John Finnis my sonnes one parcell of lande (2 acres) in the parishe of Westclift neare vnto the house of Thomas Gybbon in consideration he paie vnto my two daughters Sara and Pricilla 20s. a peece. Vnto Edward Houlte and Katheryne my daughter one parcell of land (20 perches) in St. Margrets, to the highe waie towardes the east to the lands of John Burgis towards the southe, to the lands of William Croydon towards the west and the land of Edward Croyden towards ye north. Vnto my saide daughter Katheryne four bussh. of Barley. Vnto Isabell Houlte her daughter one seame of Barley. I give more vnto Sara Fynyns and Pricylla Fynnyns my daughters 20s. within two years after my decess. My executor shall paye to my sonnes William and John either of them 40s. I doe owe them. Residue vnto Robert Fynyns my sonne and executor. Witness: Wm. Croyden, John Byrket, Edward Croyden.
