JOHN WESTHORP, 13 June 1408. To be buried where executors arrange. To the church of St. Nicholas of Cales (Calais) in reparacion and bettering 100 marcs videlicet that the rulers of the works (operacionum) of the said church ordain and make a covering of the said church ("tectum eiusdem ecclesia modo plano et vulgariter dictum plat rose"). To the Collegiate Church of Southwell in reparations or celebration of divine worship 100 marcs. To the reparation amending and bettering of ways and ‘plateaux’ of Westhorp 10 marcs, and of the town of Southwell 10 marcs. To the church of St. Clement next la Tempul barre, London in reparations 5 marcs. 
To John Hornesby one of my executors 20 marcs and my other executor 20 marcs. To Sir Thomas Rolleston clerk my third executor 10 marcs. To Hankin Fermyir of Caleys 20 marcs. To Bodyne wife of the said Hankin 10 marcs. To William son of William Caston 10 marcs. To Henry and Stephen my servants each 20 marcs. To Robert Henman my bailiff for his good and faithful account to my executors of his office 40s. To John Merssh esquire £20. To Roger Waltham £20. To Johanne wife of the said Roger £10. To their four sons 20 marcs. To Walter and Robert servants of the said Roger 5 marcs each. To the wife of William Vlseby fishmonger 10 marcs. To John Vske 5 marcs. 
To the servants of the "hospicium" of my Master Richard Merlow to be divided among them by the said John Vske 5 mrcs. To the servants of the shop of my said Master 5 mrcs. To Agnes Halgton mother of William Halgton 20 mrcs. I leave to the parish church of Northborn in reparation and sustentation as well of the works (operum) of the same as in celebrating divine office 10 marcs. To Juliana wife of Thomas Wakefelde 40s., and each of her sons and daughters 20s. To John Wellis sometime clothier of London 10 mrcs. To the son of John Menske 5 marcs. To Thomas servant of John Merske 20s. I constitute Sir Thomas Rolston, John Ornesby, William Halghton and Robert Bremys executors. Residue I leave to William Halgton. 
Proved 20 June 1408 by William Haghton with power reserved for the others. (255a Arundell I).
