To the high altar of the church of Saint Wereburge a vestment price 40s. To each chaplain being at my funeral service (exequies) on the day of my death 12d. To the lord prior of Rochester 20s. and to each monk being priest in the same monastery 20d. to pray for the soul of Robert Bradegar and my soul. To the Abbot of Boxlee 20s. and each monk being priest in the same monastery 20d. to pray for the souls as aforesaid. To the Carmelite Friars of Aylesford to pray also 20s.
To be distributed amongst the poor of Holyngborne 20s. Amongst the poor of the parish of St. Werburg 20s. of Boxlee 20s. I leave a vestment to the altar of Blessed Mary of Stanford in Co. North price 40s. I leave for suitable chaplain to celebrate for the souls aforesaid for three years in the church of St. Wereburge each year 10 mrcs. To the sustentation of the Bridge of Rochester 20s. To Sir Peter Gunthorp, chaplain, an Ordinal and all my other books of prayers. To John my brother 20s. and a gown furred with calaber and a bed. To John Gunthorp 6s. 8d. To William Gunthorp and Thomas Gunthorp each 6s. 8d. To Stephen Harry 10s., to John my attendant (famulo) 6s. 8d. To Henry Houel 20s. for his labour. I make executors Peter Gunthorp and Henry Houel.
Proved 10 November 1412 in the Cathedral of St. Pauls, London and acquittance to executors on 11 November at Lambhith. (160 Arundel II).
