16 Aprill, 33 Charles II, 1681. Thomas Upton of Faversham maulster.
To my son in law William Whiteing of Faversham grocer my tenement wherin Stephen Balden now dwells in West streete in said town of Faversham and to his heirs by Elizabett his now wife.
He to be executor.
In presence of Richard Neale, William Amis, Wiliam Allen.
Probate 2 April 1681.
