May 14, 1633. Henry Upton of Leveland carpenter. To be buried in Leveland churchyard by my fatter and mother.
To my eldest son John Upton part of my mansion house called Daniell Hill which was first built and land called Whettons, Motherfeild Binfeild and little Brehetts and a close with the well yn it.
To my son Daniel the otter part of my mansion house and land called great Brihetts, and Jacketts and little Bunce and the greene or Forstall.
To my daughter Mary £10.
My brother Daniell to have free way to his lands.
To my wife Jone £5 by yeare and to have the bringing upp of all my children and to be executrice.
In presence of Robert Yate, Daniel Upton, his marke, Thomas Rayner +.
Probate 12 June 1633.
