15 February 1610. John Upton of Leveland,
carpenter. To be buried in churchyard of Leveland.
To John Moyle 4d, wydowe Hall 4d. Wydowe Rogers 4d.
To Joshua Upton my eldest sonne that parte of my house that was firste
builded, and piece of land called Beckets, and another called Chapmans.
Daniel Upton my second sonne lands called Jaffers, Whittons etc and the
house now called New Shoppes.
John Upton my third sonne land called ye Greater Bunce.
Henry Upton my youngest sonne.
Cecilie my wife my dwelling house called the new house.
To Martha my daughter wife of Thomas Birkett £3.
To Margaret my youngest daughter £10.
Residue to Cicely my wife, executrice.
Witness Thomas Johnson, Peeter Easton, Vincent Lambe, Thomas Upton.
Probate 16 April 1621 by Cecilia Upton relict and executrice.
