John Upton of Waltham. To be buried in churchyard of Waltham.
   To my three sisters Marye Upton, Agnes Upton and Joane Adman £5. To be payd to Mary Upton my eldest sister by her brother Thomas Upton within 2 yeares after the decease of Agnes Adman their mother and my sister Agnes Upton within 4 yeares of the decease of Agnes Adman their mother and my youngest sister Joane Adman to be payed likewise by her brother Thomas Upton within 5 yeares after decease of said Agnes Adman their mother.
   To my brother George Upton £5. To my brother Edward Upton 10s. To my sister Agnes Upton my brasse pott.
   My said brother Thomas Upton sole exor.
   Died 12 November 1613. The marke of John Upton. Witness Xtofer Adman, John White and John Dense the writer.
   Probate 6 December 1613 by Thomas Upton brother and exor.
