5 August 1525. Agnes Upton, wydowe, of the parish of Saynt Elpheis in the Citie of Canterbury.
   To be buried in the churchyard of Saynt Elpheis, to the l? of Saynt Margarete.
   To Eleanor FROGNALL a fether bed beying in Robert Frognall my sonnys house. To Thomesyn FROGNOLL my matresse.
   To Agnes FROGNALL the wyff of Alen Frognall my my son my best girdle beying in the custody of my said sonne Robert Frognall. My second grydle harnesid with sylver to Johanne Frognall.
   Residue to Alen Frognall my sonne and he to be executor.
   My lands and tenements in Godmersham and Challock to Alyn Frognall my sonne according to one dede therof by me to him made berying date 21 August X Henry V yth.
   Wit: William WIGMLOR, Thomas COLPHOLL and John TOST.
   Probate vlt. Junii 1526.
