James Annesley the yonger of Lee dated 20 July 1605.
   Lands in Northcrah (North Cray) and Chechely Co Bucks to my son Nicholas.
   To Richd my son a house called the George in Newport in Bucks, wherein one George Stankelyffe now dwells.
   To Bryan a house, the Sarisons Head in Newporte where widdow Miller dwells.
   To my brother Robt Annesley. To Mr Pearse of Richmond. To Mr Cofferers Clearkes. My brother Thomas. To Mr Steward of London. Mr Foukes Clearke of the Woodyeard. To one Camins (?) of Lewsham.
   My wyffe full extrix.
   To the ringers where I shall be buried 10s.
   To be Overseers of this my will my mother Mrs Ducke, my brother James Annesley the elder and my cousin Nicholas Burd.
   To my brother Jn Toodd a paire of hose at Edward Payne’s at Kingstone. My cosen Nich Burd my rapier and dagger.
   My brother James dothe owe me for the boardinge of my father Todd one quarter of a yeere tenne pounds which I will that my brother Robert shall take. To Master Wm Snowe of the gard.
    Prob. 25 Feb 1605/6 to Mary, relict.
