William Tylar, Rector of Lee. To Anne Hussey, wife of one
Turner, late of Lee. To poor of Lewisham and Greenwich 20s
each.
To Margaret my daughter by Prudence my first wife.
Whereas I hold by courtesie a 4th part of lands
called Tryces in Iptham (Ightham) in Kent, same to said Margaret.
To child of said Margarett seven nobles which Nich Hurrison
their father oweth me. To my sister’s daughter Mary Balden whom I have
brought up 20 marks.
My lands in Lee and Iptham (Ightham) to be let by my ex.
with consent of my wife and my friend Mr Brig Fountaine Esq. of Sale in
Norfolk for my wife and her daughter Frances. To Richd
Ridgway who was witness to my daughter Francis 40s. To chs.
Ridgway and his wife the other witnesses 40s.
Lands in Iptham (Ightham) to said Francis; if she die
without heirs then to Sarah, Mary and Katherine the 3 youngest daughters
of Stephen Balden of Holingborne.
To my sister Margery Owen’s children. Sister Mary Mariam
her children.
In pr of John Blount, Francis Yonge.
Pd. 15 May 1633 to Brig Fountaine exr.
D. 24 Feb 1632.
