Mentions my dau. Averine Broome wid. deceased. Robt
Stringer My son in law (who married Martha my dau). My husband Thomas
Foxall deceased. My grandchildren Mary and Sara Garnett (2 of the
children of my dau. Katherine by Wm Garnett her husband).
James, George & Elizabeth Taylor (3 children of my daughter Mary by
Christr Taylor her husband). Thomas, Rebecca and Elizth
Bynion (children of my dr Margarett by Richd Bynion her
husband). Settles estates etc. at Boxley.
Holds from the City of London a Watermill, house and lands
etc. in Lewsham in occup of Thos Dawes or his assignes.
George, Anne and Mary Morefeild (children of my dau Mary by
George Morefeild her husband). Sara, Eliz and Martha (children of my dau
Martha by Robert Stringer her husband).
Has an indenture dated 27 Feb 19 late Charles between Thos
Foxall, Chris. Barrett, Sr Humphry Briggs and Dame
(blank) his wife and Averine Broome of the 1 part and Eliz Banks (my
daughter) wid. of the other of a messuage and lands called Stonepitt in
Leigh or Lewsham, arranges regarding same.
To be buried by my late husband in Lee churchyard.
Codicill regarding Linnin etc. 20 June 1650 in pr
of Anthony Staple, Henry Kirby.
Proved. 25 June 1650. (entered in Lee book 12 Sep 1887).
