John Simond, yemon, 17 June 1504. To be buried in the parish church yerde of our Lady of Lamehith (Lambeth). To reparacon of the Sowth Yle 3s 4d. To fraternite and bretherhod of Seint Cristofer in the same church 12d. To the parish churche of Rokyng in Kent 13s 4d. To the parish churche of Bilsington in Kent 13s 4d. To the priory of Bilsington 20s. To the same monastery of Seint Savyour at Barmunsey 20s.
To Elizabeth Bromeley my doughter £3.6.8. To Elene Simondis my wiff my goodes, lands etc till John Simond my sonne & heyre come to laufull age & if he die to Elizabeth Bromely my doughter & if she die then my landes etc to be disposed after the will of John Simond my granfather the which will remayneth in the Priory of Bilsington in the Counte of Kent.
Executrice, Elene Simondis my wiff. Thes being present: Sir Wm Argoll prest, John Clerk, Robert Reynold.
