John Pollard 13 May 1493. To the Mass of Jesus 12d & to the Brotherhood of All Saints 12d.
   Daughter Agnes a cooking-pot containing 14 gallons when she is 16 years of age. Wife Juliane the residue. Executors: wife Juliane & Laurence Gros. Feoffees: Laurence Gros & John Henxsell. 
   Wife Juliane to have & occupy my messuage for her life then to my sons paying to Agnes my daughter 26s 8d.
