Edmund Newlond 3 May 1503. To the Pix of our Lord 4d.
   Residue after paying debts etc to Joyse my wife, to dispose for my soul & she to be executor. Feoffees: William Browning & Thos Rolfe, of my lands & tenements in the parishes of Ivechurch, Old Romney, Pounteney & Brokeland. 
   Wife Joyse to have & occupy all my lands & tenements etc until son John is 18 years of age, that is the term of eleven years from the next feast of St Michael, then son to have the same & wife Joyse to have £10 yearly out of my lands. Daughter Joan to have 10 marcs (£6.13.4) to her marriage.
