Clemyns Maykyn …………. 1505. Residue after paying debts etc to Joan my wife. Executors: wife Joan and son Stephen. Three rods of lands lately obtained from John Henxell to be sold & the money to executors. 
   Wife Joan tenement where I live & all lands for her life then to my sons. Witnesses Edward Bromefeld, Wm Batt, Thos Grenelyff.
