Nicholas Lucas 28 Feb 1497. Wife Alice all my
household goods & she to deliver to my daughters Elizabeth, Juliane
& Thomasine, part of the said household things when necessary.
Executors: wife Alice & son Thomas. All lands &
tenements to wife Alice for life or if she remarries then to sons Thomas
& William & their heirs for ever, paying to my daughters
Elizabeth, Juliane & Thomasine £30 for their marriage. Witnesses:
John Bate, Thos Thorpe & Martin Caser.
