Peter Cheseman 30 March 1498. Buried in the church. To the reparation of the nave 12d & to the Brotherhood of Holy Trinity & of St Peter 6d each; to each parish clerk 4d. Peter Feyrthe in my
house & in my craft 20s.
   Executor: wife Joan & to have residue for my soul. Feoffees: Thos Buntyng & John a Downe. Wife Joan the tenement in which I live for 16 years then to my heirs male, but if none then to be sold & £6.13.4 to wife Joan & residue for my soul.
   Daughter Agnes 40s to her marriage. A chaplain celebrate in the Chapel of St Mildred in the church for one year.
