Richard Cokryde of Dengemarsh Sunday next before the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (4 Sept) 1455. To the two clerks serving there 4d. Brotherhood of St John Baptist 6d. 
   Residue to wife Joan to pay debts etc and she to be executor. Feoffees: John Cokryde my brother & Stephen Hoge. One acre in the Rake to be sold & the fourth part of a kiddle to pay debts etc. Wife Joan all for life then to son William. Daughters Agnes, Margaret, Joan, Alice & Cristina. Witnesses John Menewode, Wm Booker, Wm Lescell, John Garard junior, Thos Bradford, Adam Frost, Wm Leycroft.
