William Brokhill 20 Oct 1505. Brotherhood of
Holy Trinity 4d. Executor:
Wife Alice & she to have residue after paying debts etc.
Wife Alice my tenement at East Rype for her life then to son John &
his heirs. Daughter Joan my chief tenement with a tenement called Topias
& to her heirs.
Son Vincent my tenement called Bloxoms & the tenement
called the Fowlers House & to his heirs, paying for the same 46s/8d
which money be disposed:- for an obit 6/8, to the Mass of Jesus 6/8 &
the residue in works of charity for my soul. Witnesses: John Taylor, Agnes
relict of John Bett.
