RICHARD HARRYE of Marden in Kent 22 September 1 & 2 Philip and Mary. To Edwarde my sonne one fetherbed. To Stephyn one fetherbed and to Margaret my doughter the fetherbed that I lye on and the hole as it is. To Johane my wief all my moveable goodes and cattalls and I make her my sole executrix and to bestowe at my owte bering at her discretion. To Johane my wief the issues &e of all my landes terme of her lief.
Last will: vppon all my landes and tenements in the parish of Marden. To Edward my sonne one tenement, a Kychen and a olde howse adjoyning to the same with the gardens and one pece of lande lying annexed by estimacon 2 acres, except a water waye, and to fetch water at all tymes for Fraunces and Stephyn for ever going the playn pentwaye as it dothe comonly lede.
To Robert Harrye my sonne one pece of lande called Tarrames of 5 acres in Marden vpon the denne of Engerst he to release his brother Fraunces £4 he doth owe hym.
To Stephyn Harrye my sonne my new house and new barne in the parish of Marden 3 peces of land therto, wherof one is called Westfield wher vpon the said howse dothe stand, the seconde Hicks Rede, the therde called Marlings vpon the den of Engerst conteyning 7 acres. he to release his brother Fraunces £4.
To Fraunces my sonne one house, olde kitchen in the garden and the garden and close, except and reserved a waye to lede and drive to the aforesaid Newhouse granted to Stephyn my sonne.
I will that Stephyn my sonne shall not hey the said house or landes to any man to mortgage nor sell unto anyman except yt be to John Harrye my sonne.
