ROBERT RICHARD of Halden, 10 March 1500. To be buried in the churchyard of the parish church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Halden.  I lease to the new aisle in the foresaid church to be new made 40s. so that the parishioners there cause it to be made within seven years after my decease. Residue to Katherine my wife. [Latin]
Last Will: My feoffes to give Katherine my wife a state in the messuage in Halden next the church of Halden late bought of Thomas Harynden called Jooys and my feoffees shall deliver to William Stone of Dover and Tomasine his wife a state in all my lands in Halden, Betrisden and Deodechurch (sic) except the land called joys and those I have of the feoffment
of Stephen Brombron. And if the said Thomasine decease they shall deliver to Laur. Holnherst of Halden a state in land called Burgesis of 16 acres to him and his heirs for ever and 8 acres called Stewhen churches. To John Holnherst of Tenterden a pece of land in Halden of 4 acres called Newmansilde. 
To Robert Couper 3 pieces of land in Halden called Wyderden of 9 acres.
I will my wife receive of Stephen Brombour 53s. 4d. and that Margarete Heywarde have of it 40s. [Latin]
Proved (no date nor is the probate dated in Register F at Canterbury in which the will is also entered P.C.C. 14 Moone)
