EDWARD BAYNBRIGGE of the parish of Boxley, 3 December 1499. To be buried in the church of the Monastery of the Blessed Mary of Boxle. To the high altar of the parish church of Boxle 3s. 4d. Residue to Katherine my wife and to be executrice and Master John Perett supervisor.
Last will of my tenements &e in the parishes of Birlyng, Welmalling (sic) and Ryhersch in which Robert Reede one of the Justices of the Kings Bench, John Busteler ‘servieus ad legem’, Richard Saundes, John Brode, and William Baynbrigge are enfeoffed. Katherine my wife all lands, rents &e in the parishes of Byrlinge and Westmalling and after her decease to John Baynbrigge my son my tenement in Byrling called Colys Place.
To William B. my son another tenement in Byrling called Saynt Johns Hold.
To the same William a tenement in Westmalling with ‘shamellys’ there after death of Katherine my wife. My lands in Reyherst to be sold and money to Abbey of the Blessed Mary of Boxle for masses &e.
