RICHARD WYBORNE of the parishe of Maidstone, 16 September 1545. To be buried where as it shall please William Meynley my brother in lawe.
Vnto Martyn Goodborough my father in lawe 20s. To Wm. Meynley my brother in law 20s. To Margaret Goodborowe my suster 10s.
I will that the house that I nowe dwell in after the deceas of Elizabeth Wyborn my wife shall remayn vnto Hugh Wyborne my brother and in default to remayne vnto the behove of my foure susters equally,.
My wife shalhave my howse called Gabriells Hill the terme of hir lyfe and to remayn vnto my children laufully begotten and for lack of issue of my said children to my foure susters.
Elizabeth Wyborn my wif my sool executrix she shall se my mother whom I leve behynde me kept while she lyveth. Overseer – Martyn Goodborowe my father in lawe.
Witness: Sir Nichas. Orrell, priest, Thomas Roose, Charles Prat, William Meynley, and Richard Smyth.
Proved 22 September 1545 by relict in person of John Lewys notary public her proctor. (P.C.C. 35 Pynnyng)
