THOMAS TOBYE, portryff of the Towne of Maydeston [Maidstone], 3 Apryll 1515. To be buryed wt in the Collegiat church of All Halowes in our Lady Chauncell before our Lady. To the lyght before our Lady in our Ladys chaunsell every yere this 20 yeres 6s. 8d.
To Thomas Myllar my cote furred with wyte lambe. To Wyllyam Kyng my brother my wyte harnesse and my swerde and my bokkle. The £60 Thomas Myllar my sonne in lawe owyt me for the house he dwellith in shalbe bestowed on his wyse: Furst Kateryne my doughter £20. Cristian my wyff £40.
Resydue to Cristyan my wyf executrice and Thomas Meller overseer.
Last will. Cristyan my wyff shall have the house I dwell in vnto the terme of hir lyf and then Kateryn my doughter. Elyzabeth myllar the house next my house with the 5 Fysshe shambles, when 18. Wyllyam Kyng my brother my house in the East Lane. Thomas Miller my sonne in lawe shall have Magyngeford that I bought of John Myller.
Witness: Wyllyam Denbye, gentylman, Robert Raynold, Robert Wodyar.
Probate is not filled in. The previous will proved 15 May and the next 25 May 1515
