ROBERTE WOLDEHAM of the Towne of Maideston [Maidstone] 11 September 1501. To be buried in the churchyarde of Seynte Faithes beside my brother. To high aulter of Alhalowes 3s. 4d. To the gildyng of the Saynte of Alhalowes (sic) 3s. 4d. To the gildyng of our Lady in the chancell 20d. To reparacion of the saide church 20d. To reparacion of the church of Saynte Faithes 3s. 4d. To our Ladie lights in the bodie of the same churche 3s. 4d.
To Margaret my wife all my stuff of housold. To John Barse 20s., Wm. Purley 20s., Roger Tilder 20s., Richard Chalkhill 6s. 8d. To Johan my seruaunte 6s. 8d. beside her wages.
To John Woldham my brothers sonne 20s. To John Bere the sonne of John Bere 20s. and if he decease then to remayn to his wife. Item, at my burying daie the hoole quere and halfe a quarter whete in bred, a quarter of malte in ale to pouer people. To John Hanys my wifes sonne 5 quarters of malte at John Pages. To Alice and Johanne my susters euerich of theym 3s. 4d. If John my brother come and dwell here he to have a materas a couerlet, a pair of shets, my russette gowne and a bras pot of oou galon.
Executors: John Brasse and Wm. Purley. Thes beryng recorde: Sir Thos. Nichollis, parish preste, Wm. Faire, Wm. Hornby, Richd. Weston John Haynes. 
Last Will: of all my tenements and lands lying in Maideston. My wife shalhave my litle tenement to her for term of her life and then to be solde and disposed within the church of Saynte Faithe.
My feoffees to make sale of my tenement which Thomas Boidon dwells to fynde an honest preste to synge in church of Saynte Faithe by the space of an hoole yere and to have for his salary 10 marks, and my fadre to have of the said money 6 marke, my brother John 40s. Residue to Margaret my wif to have it to her forevermore.
Proved 24 September 1501 by executors named. (P.C.C. 3 Blamyr)
