9. Tashe

John Grigge of Horsemonden in Kent. 9 Aprill 1553.
   First he gave and bequeathed the best of three Rings unto Marye Grigge his doughter and the seconnde in valew to Beton Colyn his doughter in lawe and the thirde to Agnes Jeffery of Yaldinge.
   He dyd give to Elizabeth Woode his servunte 3/4 and a heyfer, to Martyn Jeffery a heyfer. He dyd bequeathe to every of the poore of Horsemounden a pecke of wheate.
   All other his goodes, his debtes dyscharged and legacies performyed he gave to Mary Grigge and Beton Colyn betwene theym devyded.
   On 4 May 1553 Com to Marie Grigge and Betone Colyn ad. adm. bona di defuncti.
