JOHN MOYLE, esquire of London sumwhat weke in body &e., last day of January 1530. To be buryed in the Gray Fryers of London in the Ile before the ij aulters of the right hand. To the parrishe of Saint Feithe to the high aulter there for tithes forgotten 20d. To the parrishe churche of Estwell in Kent 20d. and to the light of our lady there 12d. I make Deniose my wife my soule executrix to whome I gyve all my godis not disposed and bequethed and she to my childerne therof as she thinketh conuenyent and my good Lorde and Maister my Lord of Canturbury supervisor.
I will a prest sing for my soule in the parrish churche of Estwell one hole yere.
   For the disposicion of my lands I will that all my feofes whiche be feoffed in all my lands in Kent that is to saye Estwell, Westwell, Bouoghton Aluph, Challok, Kennington and Wye shall stonde and be feoffes to thuse of the  said Denyse my wif for terme of hur lyfe of my mansion house of Estwell and £40 lands yerely next adioyning to the same clerely aboue all charges. The said land to be taken and assigned at the choyse of the said Dyonyse. I will that Raufe myn eldist sonne shalhave yerely vnto he come to 21 yeres of age 10 marks to kepe hym in the Innes of Courte. I will that Thomas my sonne shalhave 40s. by yere out of my lands vnto the tyme he come to 24 yeres of age and then I will that the said Rauf his brother shall gyve hym an annuytie of four marks for terme of his lyfe.
   I gyve to William my sonne four marks by yere vnto he come to 24 yeres and then Rauf his brother shall make hym an anuytie of the said four marks shure to hym for terme of his lyfe. I will Margaret my doughter shalhave 100 marks to hur mariage.
    I will the landis except the landis gyven to Dyonise my wife shall remayne to Rauf my sonne and his heirs vpon condicon that her perfourm the legacies to his brytheren and suster. Allso I will that I (sic) bequethid (?land omitted) to Dyonise my wife after hur decease do remayn to Raufe my sonne and his heires.
   Present: John Dakyn, clerke, John Darell, clerk, John Talkarn, Thomas Asheley, Richard Watkins, notaries and Thomas Lante, clerke.

Codicill 1 February year aforesaid: If any ambiguitie wherof Dyonise my wife might be letted to have and enioye my said lands I will and gyve by these presentes to John Incent, doctour, John Baker, recorder of London, sufficient auctorite to interpretate and declare all suche doutes ambiguities and to put this my last will and testament in good sufficient and competent fourme.
   Present: Raufe Moyle gent., John Coke, Richard Watkins, notaryes of Margaret Moyle and Anne Moyle. After Codicullus 3 February. I will that £5 yerely be taken out of my said londis reservid euer £40 clerely and yerely to Dyonise my wif for hur joyntous and legacye the said £5 to be sold by myne executrice for the perfourmance of my debts if nede be. Present: John Dakyn, clerk, Rouland Wolvrche, clerke, George Tomson, Robert Bull and Margaret Park.
   Proved 1 August 1531 by Dionise relict.
