1 Feb 1514. John Waller of Spelhurst within the Dioc. of Rochester. To be buried in the chancell of Spelhurst churche. I will my exor shall bestowe and distribute £10 in forme folowyng: furst I woll to every prest that comes but only to masse 8d, to every clerke that comes tyther 4d. To poore people 20s. At my monethes mynde as moche in lyke maner. The Residue of the seid £10 I wyll that shalbe bestowed to make a tombe where my body lieth.
   I woll Joane my wyf and William my sonne shall kepe my yeris mynde within the seid churche of Spelherst duryng their lyves booth. I will to the churche of Fronth Vli to by a coope with all.
   I will Wm Honte my servunt have 20s. To Folantyne Coppyng a baye gelding. To Wm Salmon Vs.
   Residue to my sonne William my executor except all suche goodes that I had delyvered to Joane my wyff and gave her by my lyves dayes.
   Wytnes Sir Richeard Willowes curat, Wm Honte, Folantyne Coppyng, Wm Salmon.
   Probate 2 June 1517 by Wm Waller, exor.
