The first part of this Will is written in Latin

10 Marcii 1508. Thomas Robert de Brencheley , jun. filius Thome Robert senr.
   This is of me Thomas Robert the yonger of and upon all my londs and tenements etc. in the parisshes of Brencheley and Ealdyng.
   I will if it please my fader of his charitie that Margaret my wif have the place and garden that I bought of John Gyles for time of hir life and 40s a yere goyng owte of all my londs.
   I will my fader take thissues of the Residue of all my londs etc. unto the tyme that Armyll come to thage of 21 yeres and to disposed of as his discrecon without any accompte to my said son yeldinge at his said age att the which age of 21 yeres
   I will if it please my fader that my forsaid son have all my purchased londs payng to Margaret my wif the forseid
annuytie.
    Probate 9 May 1509 by Thos Robert senr and John Burges exors.
