18 Nov 1492. Margarete Parn(?v)eys of London widowe. To be buried in the church or churche yarde of the parissh church of Saint George neigh Pudding Lane of London. To the church werkes of the seid church 3/4. As to the disposicn of all that my annell rate of 6/8 going oute of the place of John Joynore called Woodgate in Adyngton in Kent I will that John Parneys my sonne have it to hym his heires and assignes for ever more togidre with all tharrerages of the same.
   The Residue of all my goodes etc I geve to John Marshall of Kentyshtown in Co. Midd gentillman and Elisabeth his wif which John Marshall and Elisabeth I make executors.
Wit. Sir Edward Stele parissh preest of the parissh church aforesad, John Portas citezin and cordyner of London and John Garard scrivener.
   Probate 28 Nov 1492 by exors.
