This is of me Robert Glover. To Alice my wyfe all the profits
comyng and growyng of all my londs and tenements tyll the tyme that my
children be of the age of xxi yer and than I will v marke of my londs and
tenements remeyn onto my children equaly to be devided betwene them and each
of them to be others heyr and after the decese of my wyfe all ye seid londs
and tenements to remeyn to my children equally.
I will my wyfe receyve of John Wyllyam of Strode xxli
marke to the behove of my children when they come to the age before writen. If
my children deceese oon part shall goo to my wyfe and the other part goo to a
preest to syng for my sowle and my frends sowles in the church of West Mallyng.
If all children deceese then all to remayne to Alice my wyfe hooly duryng hyr
life and after hyr deceese I will my faders feoffees and myn feoffees shall
sell the seid londs and tenements except oonly xxs by yere to
Johann Master my suster and of the money therof comyng xx marke to a prest to
syng for my sowle etc in the church of Est Sutton and asmoche to a preest for
to syng for me in the paroch church of West Mallyng and the overplus to the
churches of Est Sutton and West Mallyng.
Prob. 3 Sept 1487 by oath of Magr. Thome Nevel. vicar of West
Mallyng and John Boor de eadem and adm. to Alice relict, John Boor refutan,
etc.
