This Will is written partly in Latin

20 October 1473. Nicholaus Stydulfe of Tonbridge.
Names and places mentioned include:
Gift to Priory of Tonbridge, church of Tudeley.
Wife Johannam to be executrix.
Lands and tenements in Tudeley, Capel, East Peckham, Hadlow and Marden.
Brother Henry Stydulfe.
If wife wishes to sell the lands etc in Marden in her lifetime she may sell, but part of the price to go to a chaplain in Marden for health of his soul.
Feoffees Thomas Stydulfe and John Horden.
Probate Knoll 10 Jhanuary 1473. Johan relict.
