Tomb in Parish of Alban in Wodestrete. Chaplain to celebrate for his soul and souls of Richard Wandesford & Agnes his wife, William (his father) and Johan (his mother), and for John Whyte. Gifts to St Mary Magdelane, Milkstrete, St Nicholas of Bassingyshawe, St Stephen Colmanstrete, St Pauls, St Thomas of Acon and other Religious houses in London, hospitals and Orders of Friars, Nuns, prisoners; Fabric of parish of Edenbridge; His servants Johanni Petit, Richard Rigdon. Gifts to St Georges church, Doncaster, William Steynford of Doncaster. Sons John and William, daughters Johanne and Philippe. His manor of Nobright in Surrey to his son John. Manor of Northsted, bought from his son William. Lands in Westcheap in St Mary de ?Arculy parish and Manor of Broxham in Kent, and Manor of Borwe in Essex all to be sold and full power given to executors.
Executors: John Shadworth, William Marcheford, Thomas Aleyn, citizens and mercers. Peter Geveyn, clerk, John Staplesford of London and Simon Flete, late his apprentice.
