17 Sept 1504 [sic but ?1503) Thomas Cotyer [prob COLYER] of Dertforde To be buried in the parisshe church of Dertford before the ymage of Saynt Nicholas. To high aulter 6/8. To Saint Thomas aulter in the same churche to that thing that is moost nedefull a boughte the aulter xs. To the Freres Awgustyus at London to say a Trentall of masses for my soule vs and onne li of wex made. To the brethered of frappey in London 3/4 .To the churche of Hertley a Torche 6/8 or ellis 6/8 for hit. To the Chauntree preeste of the Stanpittysse to pray for my sowle 6/8. To every Frere in
the Abbay of Dartforde to pray for my sowle 8d.
   To every godsonne that I have and god doughter 4d.
   To Roose my doughter to here mariage in money and stuffe after the discretione of my wif. Residue to Margery my wif which Margery and Thomas Weymer
   I make exors and Mr Vicary of Dartforde overseer the which I bequeithe for to pray for me 3/4.
   Last Will of all my lands and tenements in the parish of Hertley and Dertford in Kent. I will Margery my wif have all terme of here liff and after Petur my sonne all my lande in Hertley and Fraunces my sonne all in Dertforde.
   Probate Lamehith 17 July 1504 by Thos. Weymer exor. Margeria relicta expresse refutan.
