Parties – William Hammond of Canterbury, Esquire (1), William Hammond of St Albans, Nonington, his nephew (2).

Reciting that William Hammond of Canterbury is entitled to the Parsonage and Rectory of Nonington and Wymingswold under Archbishop’s Lease subject to a mortgage.

Consideration - £2,160.

Assignment to William Hammond of St Albans of the premises subject to the mortgage of £800 to Robert Brooke.
