Parcels – Parsonage and Rectory of Nonington and Wymingswold with glebe
land tythes, etc.
And messuage known as the White Horse in Nonington in Church Street in
occupation of Henry Spaine.
And another messuage with forge, etc. containing by estimation ½ acre.
Term – 7 years. Rent £200.
