Parties – Mary Hammond of Nursted, Southampton, widow and relict of William Hammond late of St Albans, Nonington, Esquire, deceased (2), Robert Turley of Norton, Kent, yeoman (2).

Parcels – Messuage, tenement or ffarme house called Cades and all lands arable, pasture and wood containing by estimation 47 acres in parish of Ospringe, late in occupation of John Bowes and now of [blank] Bowes, his widow.

Also the little tenement or dwellinghouse called Pamphletts and the piece of arable land thereto containing 4 acres in the same occupation.

Term: 11 years. Rent £26.
