Parties – William Hammond of St Albans, Nonington, Kent, Esquire of the one part and John Hardres of the City of Canterbury, Esquire of the other part.

For consideration of 5/- William Hammond demised to John Hardres.

Parcels – (All the Manor and lands set out in the Disentailing Deed of 15 June 1716)

To hold to said John Hardres for 99 years if said William Hammond shall so long live. 

In trust as to all the premises (except Chillendon Court lodge and land) for said William Hammond And as to Chillendon Court lodge and land

In trust for William Brodnax of Godmersham, Kent, Esquire and Samuel Milles of the City of Canterbury Esquire for securing £1,200 agreed to be lent to William Hammond and Anthony Hammond his son on mortgage thereof.
