Assignment of Lease 29 March 1689 (I William and Mary).

Parties – William Milman of the Inner Temple, gentleman (1) John Sherman of Boughton Aluph Esq. (2).

Reciting lease of 20 December 1687 for 21 years at rent of £50 from Trustees of St Thomas Hospital in Southwark to William Milman.

Parcels – Scites of the Mannor of Combgrove and ffanscomb in parishes of Hastingleigh, Wye and Crondale in occupation of Thomas Combs. 

Except manorial perquisites and timber.
