Parties – Stephen Nethersole of
Nonyngton, Kent, Yeoman and Josephe Brydge of the parish of Hollycrosse of
Westgate Canterbury, chandler (1) Elianor Hyde of the Sept of the Cathedrall and
Metropolitical church of Christ Canterbury wyddowe (2).
Conson £190 to (1) they granted to (2).
Parcels – The messuage or tenement, 1 kytchen etc. and also 4
pieces of land earable and pasture containing by estimation 22 acres and half
arde (yard or rood?) scytuat in the parish of Nonyngton which late were the
lands of Thomas Nethersole father of the said Stephen and now in the occupation
of the said Stephen. Indorsed. Seisin delivered to Philemon Pownall the attorney
of Elianor Hyde.

Annexed is the Power of Attorney to
Philemon Pownoll to take seisin. The contents are stated to be 22 acres and half
a rood (Latin).
