Chelsfield Wills - Part 1  Abstracts of will from Chelsfield proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
Richard Skinner of Chelsfield dated 17 March 1826

Abstract of the will of Richard Skinner of Chelsfield dated 17 March 1826.
   I give to my brother Thomas Skinner of Chelsfield and to my nephew William Skinner £50 each.
   I give to my brother Robert Skinner of Pembury £30, to my nephew Richard Skinner £50, to my nephew Daniel Skinner of Clapham, Surrey, £50.
   I also give to the said Daniel Skinner £50 for the use of his father John Skinner to be paid to him by the said son Daniel in weekly payments at the rate of 10s. each week.
   I give to James Edwards, to Edward Millet of Lewisham and to Ann Chinnery [?] of Bagshot, Surrey £50 each.
   I give my silver plate to be divided between Edward Millet and Mrs.Chinnery [?].
   Richard Skinner witnesses Richd: Allingham, Richard Elliot, George Elliot, Richd: Elliot Executor.
   On 19 October 1827 administration with will annexed of Richard Skinner widower late of Chelsfield granted to John Skinner the brother and one of the next of kin, Richard Elliott the sole Executor having first renounced and no residuary legatee being named.
