Will of Robert LYDERER of St Peter Thanet 6 October 1488

Robert LYDERER of St Peter’s in Thanet, 6 October 1488.
Buried in churchyard.
To each Light of which I am a Brother 4d. Ad opus of the church 10s.
Son Edward have a green coverlet and my best usta (chest).
That my tabula faldat, cathedra (chair) et formula (forms) shall always remain in my chief tenement.
On day of my Trental 20s. to be distributed among priests, clerks and poor people, that they pray for my soul.
Residue after paying debts to wife Elianor and son Edward equally.
Executors – son Edward and Salamon SAKETT.
Feoffees – Robert SAKETT, and Simon NORWOOD.
Son Edward have all my lands and tenements and to his heirs for ever.
Witnesses – Robert LAYSYNBYE, vicar of said church, Robert SAKETT, Nicholas GRAUNT, Richard WHITE, William YOKLETT.
