Will of Juliana JAMYS of St Peter Thanet 5 March 1480-1

Juliana, wife of John JAMYS of St Peter’s in Thanet, 5 March 1480-1.
Buried in churchyard.
Ad opus of the church 3s.4d.
Executors – John JAMYS my husband and Richard GOTYSLE.
Feoffees – Nicholas ESTON, senior, Richard GOTYSLE and Edmund GOOSUN.
Three acres of land at the Harpe to be sold to pay debts, etc.
Nicholas GRAUNT my son (sic) have one acre and half of land whereof three virgates are at Nelmynton, one virgate at Wyts and half an acre at Brodesole.
Simon KEMPE my son have all other lands and tenements, on condition he pays to John JAMYS my husband every year during his life 6s 8d, and after his death pay the 6s.8d. to Joan KEMPE my daughter.
That John JAMYS my husband have one camere in my messuage for his life.
