Edmund GREDER of St Peter’s in Thanet, 5 January 1473-4.
Buried in churchyard.
To fabric of church 12d. Light of St Peter 2d. Light of St Christopher 2d.
Wife Joan all utensilia and stauru of my house.
Residue after paying debts, etc. to Stephen TAYLOUR and William GREDER my son to dispose for my soul, and they Executors.
Feoffees – Stephen TAYLOUR and Richard GOTESLE to sell five rods of land situated at Symon COKLYN hegge (hedge), also five rods at GOTESLE hegge and with money pay debts, etc.
Wife Joan half an acre of land near the land of Richard GOTESLE, lately obtained from Thomas NORWOOD and to her heirs for ever. Also Joan have for life my chief messuage and half my garden and three acres of land over against the messuage towards east, one and half acre on the west side of the messuage and one acre in Prycheldane near land of Roger GOTISLE to the north, then to William my son and his heirs for ever.
