Will of James ALLAND of St Peter Thanet 18 December 1489

James ALLAND of St Peter’s in Thanet, 18 December 1489.
Buried in churchyard.
High altar for tithes 12d. Ad opus of the church 40d. To each Light of which I am a brother a bushel of barley.
Wife Alice all my utensilia and third part of all grain and cattle, and an other third part to my sons and daughters; and to John UNDERHILL and Geoffrey IVE the other third part to dispose for my soul, and they Executors.
Feoffees – Nicholas HAYNYNE and Robert GRAUNT.
The lands and tenements which I bought of Thomas JACOMYN shall be sold and money to pay debts, etc.
Wife Alice have for life all other lands and tenements, then to John and Richard my sons.
Witnesses – Robert LASYNLY, vicar of the church, Richard GOTISLE, Robert GRAUNT, Nicholas HANYNE.
