Will of Robert TOLKYN of Brenzett, Kent 2 Mar 1549 (?1548-9)

Robert TOLKYN of Brensett, 2 March 1549 (?1548-9).
Buried in churchyard.
To the poor of the parish at my burial 3s.4d. and two bushels of wheat in bread, and a barrel of beer.
Wife Agnes my roan mare, four kine, with their calves, two acres of land next to the church, two seames of barley, ten bushels of wheat, and to dwell upon my farm until next Michaelmas.
Son John two working steers. Barbara my daughter three kine with their calves, my wife keeping them until my daughter is 18.
Residue to wife and sons Henry and John, my Executors.
Witnesses – Thomas CHAPMAN, vicar, Leonard WHITEHOD.
